Shipping Policy

Where we ship: SunMotorbike ships from Miami, Florida to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is FREE to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses: any extra freight is shown at checkout before you pay. The exact shipping charge always shows at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time: Orders are prepared after payment on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) and ship from our Miami location or directly from our parts warehouse. Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. If a part needs extra handling time, we'll email you before it ships.

Tracking: When your order ships, we email the tracking number to the address you used at checkout.

Wrong address or lost package: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If tracking stops updating or your package doesn't arrive, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
