Products: We sell new replacement parts and accessories. Brand and model names describe fitment. Each listing states whether a part is a genuine manufacturer part or an aftermarket part.

Prices and payment: Prices are in US dollars. The total, including shipping, shows at checkout before you pay. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer an equivalent part or a full refund.

Fitment and installation: Please confirm your model and version before ordering. We're happy to check fitment if you email us a photo of your scooter's barcode sticker. Parts should be installed by a capable adult following the manufacturer's instructions. We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Safety: Riding products carry inherent risk. Follow the manufacturer's age, weight and speed limits, supervise children, and always wear a helmet and protective gear.

Limitation of liability: To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
